The course is designed to give students a working knowledge of the basic fundamentals of traditional management principles, and skill building techniques to help prepare students to learn to become supervisors. Also, this course is designed to give the student a working knowledge of the basic fundamentals of small business management. The course will enable the student to assist in the planning and operation of a small business, including marketing, finance and production.
