Course Description:

This course will put into use the ICD-10 CM manual. The students will learn how to abstract information from scenarios to code diagnoses, procedures and supplies. The students will use the format and guidelines from each manual and put into practice what they have learned. Preparation through practice will prepare the students for certification. Students will be introduced to E/M auditing with though practice with case scenarios.
